Terms & Conditions

The Beady Affair website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Beady Affair website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time; any changes will be announced on the Beady Affair website. If you do not wish to accept the Terms and Conditions or any updates thereto, you should discontinue the use of the site. If you continue to use the site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the site will be construed as your acceptance and your agreement to be bound by those Terms and Conditions.

To register with Beady Affair you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

Delivery

Any items ordered before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day by special delivery ensuring that you will have them before 1pm the following day (except Sundays). Any orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following morning via special delivery ensuring that you will receive them before 1pm the following day.

Return Policy & Instructions

If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen please contact me by e-mail or phone within 3 days and ensure you return them to us unused within seven days. We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you. Earrings are exempt from refund due to hygine unless faulty. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.

In order to return goods to us please email natasha@beadyaffair.co.uk to obtain the returns address.

It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. However, we strongly recommend that you send it recorded delivery or you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/ exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel an order you must inform me as soon as possible by telephone as I try to aim to despatch the item on the same day as ordering. If the item has already been sent to you, you must follow the refund policy. Should I still have the items I will simply refund the cost to you.

Cookies

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies to record session information by users of our site, record user-specific information on the pages the visitor selects for viewing and to retain the visitor's answer to our question regarding residency. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you can modify your browser preferences to reject them. However, if you choose to reject all cookies, you may be unable to use parts of the site.

Whilst all reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy of the contents and information on this site, Beady Affair or anyone associated with Beady Affair cannot accept any liability for any loss arising out of direct or indirect use of this information. Beady Affair reserves the right to change the data, references, product specifications, pricing or otherwise amend the contents in full or part at any time without notice.

Privacy Policy

Beady Affair does not store financial data which may be given over this site and is processed using paypal payment systems. Any personnal data collected by the newsletter subscription form will only be used by beady affair to announce new products or services and upcoming events. Any personnal information will not be shared with third parties. If you wish to unsuscribe please send an e-mail to natasha@beadyaffair.co.uk stating that you wish to unsubcribe from the newsletter.

House Parties

50% Deposit for Orders.

For orders placed at parties for custom made jewellery or a duplicate design, a minimum of 50% deposit or full payment is required. The deposit is non-refundable as this is used towards purchasing the required materials. The deposit is only refundable if I am unable to obtain the correct materials and an alternative is not agreeable. Jewellery is posted using Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service only after final payment has been received.
